How do I return an item?
We will be happy to take back any product that is unsatisfactory. All returns must be authorized and will be credited when product is returned. All claims of defects or shortages must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN DAMAGED , ALTERED AND IN CERTAIN CASES USED .
